On Aug. 17 a four-wheeler (ATV) was reported stolen from a Prairie County resident in what is known as the Sand Hill area of the county. 

According to the ATV's owner, the four-wheeler is described as a green 2014 Honda TRX420 with a black basket attached to the front rack with two cracks in the rear fender. 

It was parked in a farm shop, located in the Sand Hill area of Highway 38 East on Aug. 16 and reported missing the following morning, according to the Prairie County Sheriff Department (PCSD) incident report.
