Notice to all persons or business's owing personal property tax and real-estate tax's to Prairie County, you have the option to pay your current 2016 taxes in installments. 

If you wish to pay your taxes in installment payments you must start making payments before August 2017. 

All Prairie County Taxes for the year of 2016 are due October 15th of 2017

Prairie County Tax Collectors Office Accepts the following forms of payment:

Cash / Credit Card / Debit Card / Cashier Check / Business or Personal Checks /  Money order 

Notice: Checks may not be used to pay delinquent taxes, and all delinquent taxes must be paid in full.
